PUPPET GESTURAL TORSO SLOTH

The Large Gestural Sloth Puppet is nearly life-size and designed for detailed control of the face and arms. The puppeteer inserts their hand through the back of the head, using three slots: top for four fingers, middle unused, and bottom for the thumb. This setup enables smooth, expressive facial movements, perfect for the sloth’s calm personality.

Each puppet is handcrafted from a sculpted foam block, making every piece unique. It includes fabric that covers the puppeteer’s hand and part of the forearm. The two movable arms are operated separately—one with the pinky finger and the other with the free hand—for coordinated, natural gestures.
